- plans and coordinates training and production activities;
- monitors and analyzes training and production, methodological work;
- participates in the preparation of the schedule of training sessions and monitors their implementation;
- ensure timely preparation of the established reporting documentation in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts and instructions;
- selects and arranges personnel for industrial training, recommends them to the manager, organizes advanced training and professional skills;
- participates in training and certification of teachers;
- organizes the study of modern technology and production technology, the creation of new and re-equipment of existing classrooms, workshops, laboratories;
- coordinates the work of the methodological association and methodological commissions on the subjects and disciplines of the vocational and technical cycle and the work of the training ground;
- manages the work of a senior foreman, masters of industrial training, managers of industrial, professional and pre-diploma practice, analyzes the work of teachers of special disciplines;
- carries out the organization and conduct of the final certification of graduates of the organization of education;
- studies, disseminates and implements innovative and developing elements of training;
- organizes professional skills competitions among teachers and students;
- organizes work on ensuring the accounting, safety and replenishment of the educational and material base, compliance with the rules of the sanitary and hygienic regime, on safety and labor protection in workshops and at work;
- corresponds to the performance indicators of deputy heads of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education, presented when assigning (confirming) qualification categories;
- instills anti-corruption culture, principles of academic integrity among students, teachers and other employees.
