The general planning of the educational process is carried out in accordance with regulatory documents:

- organizes the activities of the organization of education in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the charter of the organization of education and other regulatory legal acts;
- carries out the organization of the educational process, the development of plans for the organization of educational work;
- organizes current and strategic planning of the work of the educational organization, coordinates the work of teachers on the implementation of curricula and educational, standard educational programs, as well as organizes the development of educational and methodological documentation to ensure the quality of the educational process, provides new approaches in its organization;
- assists in the development of educational programs, working curricula, develops a tariff list of teachers for the school year, controls the filling in of the teacher's school time register for the year;
- monitors the quality of the educational process, the implementation of the curriculum and programs;
- organizes work on the preparation and conduct of monitoring, intermediate and final certification of students;
- carries out and participates in the selection and arrangement of personnel of the corresponding direction of work, recommends them to the manager;
- participates in training and certification of teachers;
- coordinates the work on equipping classrooms and laboratories with modern equipment, visual aids and the latest training tools;
- studies, distributes and implements innovative learning technologies;
- participates in the organization and holding of scientific and methodological meetings, seminars, conferences;
- ensures compliance with the requirements of the rules on occupational safety and health, fire protection;
- ensure timely preparation, accuracy and delivery of reporting documentation on training;
- corresponds to the performance indicators of deputy heads of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education, presented during assignment (confirmation), advanced training;
- instills anti-corruption culture, principles of academic integrity among students, teachers and other employees.
