In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the charter of the organization of education, educational, methodological, scientific, administrative, economic and financial and economic activities;
- ensures compliance with the requirements of the state compulsory standard of education;
- approves working curricula and programs, schedules of educational processes, internal regulations;
- approves the management structure, staffing table, job descriptions of employees of the education organization;
- forms a contingent of students, ensures their social protection;
- provides conditions for work in organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education, organization of catering, medical care and control of their work;
- ensure the observance of the rights and freedoms of students, pupils, employees of the organization of education;
- creates conditions for ensuring the safety of life and health of students, pupils and employees of educational organizations during the educational process;
- creates conditions for the organization of upbringing and education of children with special educational needs, including the creation of a barrier-free environment;
- coordinates work with employers and social partners;
- manages the available property and funds, ensures the accounting, safety and replenishment of the educational and material base, compliance with the rules of the sanitary and hygienic regime;
- monitors and is responsible for the state of financial and economic activity, including misuse of material and cash;
- organizes re-equipment and reorganization of the material and technical base. Manages the work of the Pedagogical Council;
- ensures the introduction and involvement of innovative education technologies in order to maintain and expand the scope of educational activities of the educational organization;
- selects and arranges personnel, ensures the level of pedagogical and educational process, creates conditions for advanced training and professional skills of teachers;
- carries out general management for joint work with educational organizations on continuous professional training;
- provides public relations, coordinates work with parents (persons replacing them);
- represents the organization of education in higher, public and other organizations;
- takes measures to expand social partnership and international cooperation;
- submit an annual report on the results of educational, scientific and financial activities to the authorized body (founder);
- ensures compliance with the requirements of legislative and other regulatory legal acts on labor safety and safety and creates safe working conditions;
- corresponds to the performance indicators of managers of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education, presented during assignment (confirmation), advanced training;
- ensures the provision of reliable and timely administrative data to the objects of informatization in the field of education.
